The armor you saw for the Assassin and Ritualist are the Droknor's types as that is what is used in PvP armor. The rest of the professions will probably be avaible in Cantha only as you start to head there and arrive in a new city. The armor that is currently avaible is Tryian armor.

I was very disappointed after viewing the new armor shots. I do hope that these are concepts, and not the final thing. They do have more of an Asian feel to them, and it does not fit my taste. That's just my opinion, I don't like how the game is shifting into a Japanese style. However I was impressed with the Assassin's and Rt's armor, they did look good imo. I'll probably buy a set of this new armor, especially for my Mezy, just to wear something new. But in my opinion the current armor options are so much better than what I have seen so far.

I think this all goes to show that we all have different tastes. I think they did a fine job of capturing an asian feel... from more than just japan. It looks like it has it's roots in a lot of places. But I think that asian armor isn't what we all really want. We might want to explore there, but I think we want to do it in new TYRIAN armor. Anyone agree? I want them to create at least one new armor for each class in the existing game. Haven't we been loyal enough? Throw us a bone. Flex some creative muscle in the name of fun.

actually from this older screenshot (in their factions screenshot section)
http://guildwars.com/gallery/screens.../gw091-lrg.php
-You can see that the female warrior is wearing part of that armor set and
the female mesmer is wearing the same one.
-they are definitely nicer looking than the ones posted b4.
/agrees.
added: fem mesm totally reminds me of "Selene" from Underworld series. she needs black dyes and dual pistols, and she's all set.hehe.

I like my warrior barbarian themed, so I don't think I'll buy that armor, but they all look really nice. I have to agree, the female mesmer in all black would be incredible.

They better giver us more storage space... SOON. ><
Better pray that Guild Storage will be HUGE. Private person Guild storage would be nice... Just so people that got a lousy guild mate wouldnt just go in and take everything then run (sell your armor to merchant, take all the ecto, steal the weapons, forum filled with people that cry about it, etc).

Deffinately some interesting choices in the armor styles I'm seeing that they have picked. Though this is just mostly one set of armor for each of the classes, I'm in a way, surprised in the level of detail at some of them, for example, I notice that's the Warrior's armors, have an EXTREME amount of detail to them, but, then when I go back and look at the ninja class *currently*, the armor looks so flat =(. ,Mind you, I do like that they are putting the effort into designing us some new armors =).
By far, I'd say my favorites would be the Male warrior and females, as well as the new look of the monks, only I may have the helm hidden from view on the warriors, as I seem to like doing that alot with warrior helms lol. Makes you wonder though, what some of the armors will look like when they are dyed.
Also to be fair, I'm liking the silk-ish look/feel of the new ele armor, the male mesmer's outfit looks more like it would be suited to a ranger's style, but hey, I like it better than the current mesmer outfits lol, so I'm totally diggin on his look . The female mesmer's outfit there, O_x please take the puffball shoulder extensions off XD. That's just me though hehe. That male ranger outfit looks snazy, and the female beside him, kinda sorta reminds me of a monk's garb, looks as well like a huntress hehe, unlike my 15k druid's look it gives currently o.o. Ah the necro, I DO hope they have more body outfitted armors than the tattoo setup lol, tattoos look right on a monk, but the necros, lord LOL can't help but laugh at them XD. So the new ones now look fine to me =). Lastly, the ritualist and assassin armors, I think the ritualist looks fine as well, but I feel the level of detail in the assassin's armor could be buffed up just a bit, I mean, if you look at the Male and female warrior's armors, compared to the ninja's armor, the ninja is just so plain looking >< though..I know an assassin wouldn't WANT to standout, but it's just funny comparing the detail level XD.
Well, kudos though to them for making these, I thoroughly await to see the WHOLE line of armors,as well as the fun time I'm gonna have finding the right DYE mix for them, JOY lol.
EDIT: In case my post didn't get the point out, of my preference in armor's etc. I LOVE detail in things lol, sorry if I'm making it out that less detail makes things look drag =(
